I know you catch some shit from time to time, however layouts like that speak for themselves.

Its a privelege granted to us from the board to have guys/gals such as you we can actually interact with. Though you may not be able to share with us 100% of your equation you do share 900% more than most. So anyhow just wanted to say thanks and lookin damn good, the efforts are looking great...You still doin' an Ironman H.I.T. ??? I have been messing around with it...seems to have some good stuff in it...........

Hey thanks guys , yea those pics were taken a little over a year ago by Irv Gelb here at the golds in AZ , i guess its always cool gettin a few pics in some mags , Im still doing Ironmans HIT and am now at my heaviest wt , my strength is also at its best so everything is going quite well , i dont plan on posting any pics until another yr or so ,, so i hope i make some good gains along the way .

Oh and Jwillbc55 my biggest lay out was a 9 page shoulder routine , i think the chest layout was only 4 pages and this ones 6 .

I just got the new musclemag and your pics rock bro! I am also doing Ironman's HIT and it is working quite well.. I am well over 240 right now... Keep up the good work bro!!

Yea its working well for size and strength , high volume also works well but i think its time for a change simply on the fact i was getting bored doing the same thing over and over , i think ill be runnig ironmans HIT for at least a full yr , at that point ill see what gains i have truley made and then prolly bounce back to high volume for awhile.
