Too little, too much, something missing, downright insane? any comments appreciated... i know im not alone working on bringing up this area. i have 4 weight workouts per week so this one comes up once a week.
Close grip bench
3 sets of 8 (2 min rest periods)
Dumbbell seated military
2 sets of 12 (2 min rest period)
Reverse grip triceps pulldown
1 min rest periods
2 sets of 15
1 drop set around 15-5-5-5
One arm dumbbell side delt raises
2 sets of like 12 and 10 same weight, 1 min rest period
Standing machine military press
1 "rest-pause" set around 12 + 4 + 1-2 = 17-18 reps with 20 second rest periods
total workout time including the warmups = around 45 mins
note : I do train rear delt flies but with my back workout
