You ran a cycle that more than likely completely suppressed your HTPA, probably not so much by exogenous testosterone, but going a long stint of bound High levels of estrogen creating high SHBG,as estrogen is a more powerful suppressor, that's creating high levels of estrodiol within in the prostate and neuro function, and possibly other organs.
Not to mention if you plan on if once you get your test cream or gel your Bio test or free test is going to be floating around doing nothing but creating higher SHBG and higher E2 levels and LH/FSH already being trashed. Hopefully you can re stimulate to bust a nut?
There are other ways to lower Your natural test levels that may not need intense drug therapy.ie;stress, diet,lack of sleep,short term alcohol use, not that I recommend smoking weed but has been shown to increase estrogen and lower testosterone, never tried it cus I don't smoke pot ( used as an example, as you mentioned no recreational drugs), reduce exposure to sunlight and restrict vitamin D consumption. If you look into it there's a lot of ways to lower natural endogenous hormone levels may take a little time but a tad easier to fix IMO.
So what I'd suggest is IF You are a candidate for TRT, address your E2 and SHBG and lower along with getting your cholesterol in tune, as this is where hormones are created.
Yea your probably low on test.
Then again you may be in normal range homeostasis? By some doctors standards.
