Zero, real food for me, but when I do supplement protein it's lbas... convenient, between meals or in place of a meal, I train first thing on an empty stomach, but when I train legs, lbas before my workout and when I have to get to work early pwo... I've been considering adding in whey though and I might... we'll see... started reading up on it yesterday, trying to figure out what the best brand is...
 
I'm at one shake a day. Generally just right away in the morning. I mix a scoop of protein with egg whites.

Due to time and lack of appetite, otherwise I'd stick to real foods.
 
I'm at one shake right after my workout.... Usually some type of hydrolyzed whey. I train around 4:00 am on an empty stomach just sipping on some BCAA's. The rest of the day I'm eating whole foods.

Close to none, whole foods all the way. I have a weight gainer I will use that contains whey protein in the event of an emergency; one of which I do not have the time to eat a full meal.
 
New World Nutritionals 100% Whey Isolate. Micro-filtrated premium protein. $100 for 10lbs.
 
3 shakes a day with 2 scoops whey isolate/concentrate, 1/2 cup oats, 4 raw pasteurized egg whites, 1 cup non fat lactose free organic milk, and water.

I go through around 15Lbs of protein powder a month.
 
2 scoops post workout and that's just because of the convenience of it. Real solid/unprocessed foods will always be the better choice than protein powders.
