Just wanted to start a new thread on prep time need for a show ???
Give me how many weeks you do, and how you break up your prep ???
For example -
For me I'lll do a 16 week prep (normally but cause I keep changing up shows, this year it's longer...LOL !!!) The first 8 weeks I do alot of growing or working on my weak points...I get leaner, but Im also really focusing on growing into the show...The last 8 weeks are for getting rid of the bodyfat (I normally at this point dont have alot) so it's alot of fine tuning, and getting to ripped conditioning...
Just thought this would be a good thread, cause we are in the middle of season for shows...
