Hi, I tried to do a cross search to find about this topic but hadn't satisfying results.
I am in ketogenic, and I'l like to use glycerol pre workout, i'm currently a bit depleted of liquids: i went from 212 to 202 when i started my keto, my intention is to stay hydrated at least during the workout but some information sites like this suggest to take around 90 ml of glycerol for a guy of my size... personally I think its too much, and the water quantity to add to it is huge too: 1800ml!
My biggest concern is that glycerol can make me get out of ketosis so I want to stick to a minimum quantity suggested to have hydration benefits for a guy of my size and keep me in keto.
