How much water do you drink on daily basis ?

Even mild dehydration affects exercise performance so I probably drink around 1 gal of water a day, not counting the rest fluids.
 
This is definitely one area I slack on, I might drink 2 liters per day at best, however I'm never thirsty! It's an effort to get all that water in but I'm positive chronic dehydration can cause a variety of problems

Around 1 and 1/2 gal/day. I try to drink often, coz if you are thirsty, that already means dehydration.
 
1 or 2 gallon. The proteins and carbohydrates that our bodies use are metabolized and transported by water in the bloodstream.

I drink at least a gallon a day.
 
Gallon and a half. Mostly comes from green tea with stevia, mio sugar free and those ICE drinks lol

Goal is to consistently get 2 gal a day, and I normally hit it pretty easy. I also try to get most of it in no less than 4 hours before bed.
 
Anywhere between 1-2 gallons. Depends on whatndaynit is and the activities incorporate.

Around 3 litres for me. I don't more than that is needed unless you are pretty active during the day and sweat quite a bit. Or if you are on tren or dnp lol
