I'm currently poking ED. The last 2 days I've poked 7x ED. I put almost everything in my biceps, since most of it is ester-free gear. I use both biceps heads and rotate sites between high, middle and low. Also do delts, glutes and quads (last choice). I'm working up the nerve to start doing calves.
All my shots are done first thing in the morning.
