Is this overtraining?

Ive recently made the switch back to bodybuilding from powerlifting and asside from losing my "power-belly" Im really enjoying catching up on some long overdue dedicated arm work.

Becouse BB training is typically done with less weight than powerlifting and thus less stress on the CNS/Joints ect. and also becouse I need to lose some weight, Ive adopted a fairly demanding double-split routine where I train 3x a week (mon, wed, fri) alternating upper with lower body workouts in the a.m. and working arms, delts, abs, and forearms in the p.m.

Here's what a typical p.m. workout looks like:
3 sets: Close-grip bp 10 reps --> EZ-bar curls 12 reps
2 sets: Pushdowns 12 reps --> Incline curls 12 reps
3-4 sets: Lateral Raise 12 reps --> Bent-Over Laterals 12 reps
Then I do some misc. ab and forearm work

Do you think this is overtraining, training arms and delts (without presses) every training day, 3x a week?
It does feel a little taxing but I feel ok I guess. Also, I just came off a cycle but I think if I keep my protien intake high, and load up on lots of creatine I might be able to do a routine like that with gains..waddaya think?

Considering you use your delts so much for back and chest... special delt workouts ranging 3x's per week on top of that.. yeah.. I think it's too much. Those little connections in the delt are so tiny and the cords that go into the rotator cup..that's not a very big hole for movement.
