Ya canned pumpkin is very high in fiber. It would keep you full a long timeI imagine it's very filling, probably overlooked
In fact, I think I saw someone else mention it, recently. Maybe I'll give it a try.
I already eat like two Joseph's Lavash breads, an avocado or two and fuck knows how many mushrooms, so it's not like my shits need to get any better

my delts overpower most of my press lifts i really to have to incorporate some dc techniques to isolate it, still its lacking, plus years of injuries to triceps and pec major. I have a good quad sweep and tear drop but lacking mass in upper quads go figure, tons of sissy and sumo leg press slow moIts frustrating. I think in order to be a winner in pro bodybuilding you have to have great symmetry and proportions. Some guys seem to think that you can make your chest grow more and catch up to the rest of the body but I dont think you can. When training the chest you are also inadvertently training the assisting muscle. Same goes with quad sweep. I never could get mine to be good. I think a lot of that stuff is all set at birth. When I would grow larger muscles, they all seem to grow about the same so that the proportions really didnt change that much. Just my experience.
Genetics! My legs are just the opposite. Big adductors, not much sweep.
