All I can say to you is try for yourself, as it is not for everyone... It really comes down to your genetics and how macronutrient sources effects you! I know a keto type diet is for me!
Increasing the fats will help you stay full, once you have switched over to using fats for energy. Being left flat is only a temporary issue...
I do believe though that you should not count vegetables as carbs per say, some people may disagree. I even think some fruits such as berries are something to be had almost daily...(I try to get most of my vitamins through the foods that I eat)
Usually I can stay in ketosis at around 50 grams of carbs, and I dont really carp up but once every week or two, because I feel less lethargic...
