LBA consumption tip...

I had leftover "tubes" from proteinshots from BodyChoice my gf purchased at Costco. I drank them, and using the empty tubes fill a dozen at a time with LBA's and water and put them in my refrigerator in my office. They are ultra convenient and it takes three seconds to "shoot" one. I have also put them in the freezer and taken them with me in the car.

It is easier for me than using a tablespoon or mixing each time I want LBA's, and if its more convenient I'm less likely to miss. Not earth shattering, just a tip.

You can also use the frozen LBA tubes as a floater in a beer pitcher and then drink when they melt thus killing two birds with one stone.

I have also used the 3oz "travel bottles" you buy at the store for you carry on items when flying...you can sneak those things in anywhere so there is no excuse to miss a meal.

I thought the exact same thing! It was a Costco impulse purchase by my gf. Now we know why!

LOL...I have heard several people call them dildo protien...now some companies are making them with a flat base instead of the rounded(dymatize IIRC).
