Low dose DNP+L-Carnitine vs Clean+T3

Seeing the fat loss results from injection L-CARNITINE and other results with DNP I was wondering if if the combo of the two (DNP @ 200mg a day) would be as effective as the tried and true clen-T3 combo for fat loss during a contest prep.

It would seem to me that the low dose DNP with L-Carnitine would be a safer alternative than the Clean and T3 from a cardiovascular health standpoint.

Would the L-Carnitine work in synergy with the DNP?

In short yes. Anything with DNP in will be superior for fat loss. L-carnitine has so many benefits (physique and health) and it compliments things well. I never liked clen that much. It's good but I would be concerned running high doses of it with everything else we do. I have never really been a fan of t3 but it can be useful in some circumstances.

nothing compares to DNP when it comes to rapid fat loss.


cheaper, way more effective, and way less harsh side effects vs. clen + t3

with weekly injectable of l carnitine at 5g per week?

maximum fat loss?

Naturally you should be producing 25 mcg daily give or take. Why replace your natural production with half of it in synthetic form?

If you're not going to use at least 50 mcg, then just don't use it.

T3 really also is a shitty drug riddled with (cardiac) side effects and for what? At 75 mcg/day, there's on average only a 13% increase in thyroid output but that comes with an average whopping 24% increase in heart rate.

Don't get me wrong, I use T3 occasionally. But all things considered, it's a very inefficient drug which just isn't worth all the hassle it brings when used to induce a hyperthyroid state.

DNP on the other hand, although easier to mess up and off yourself with it, is at least theoretically all sound.

Main reason is increased protein synthesis and stay a bit leaner. At 12.5mcg, I don't see it causing any issues in most individuals who use this dose.

Now at 50mcg or higher, you're going to have issues.

Don’t forget DNP helps with insulin sensitivity. Cleans out receptors at low dose. Take some AD Shreadbull and run it 21 days. I did slin post show with it didn’t gain much fat IMG_0626.jpg
