I know we all have good days and bad days with our training and such, however I hate it when I get that "paranoid feeling" that maybe I'm not doing everything I can to keep making forward progress in my training. It's that little voice that creeps into my head when I'm laying in bed saying "maybe you should change your workout, did you eat enough, I don't feel any stronger, should have done another set, AGHHH". Completely stresses me out. I know I'm on the right track...just a little impatient I guess. You guys ever feel like this?
