I know we all have good days and bad days with our training and such, however I hate it when I get that "paranoid feeling" that maybe I'm not doing everything I can to keep making forward progress in my training. It's that little voice that creeps into my head when I'm laying in bed saying "maybe you should change your workout, did you eat enough, I don't feel any stronger, should have done another set, AGHHH". Completely stresses me out. I know I'm on the right track...just a little impatient I guess. You guys ever feel like this?

And as soon as you start doing everything correctly and ditch your worthless program those feelings will subside.............:)

Phil you're killin' me.
I think I need to snuggle up in the corner of a room with a blanket and start rocking back and forth.
Either that or go workout. Or better yet...go workout THEN go curl up in the corner with a blanket and starting rocking back and forth.
