He doesn't look good, and he sounds even worse (the heavy breathing).. He looks like a big block of cheese. Unless he plans on competing again i don't understand why he would stay so heavy.

I guess he's psychologically petrified of seeing the scale drop, doesn't he realize it's not muscle he maintaining?? The way he looks and sounds he'll be dead in 10 years if he doesn't watch it.

He's pushing it to the limit. By hey...at least he not the guy who stays a light heavy or less for life. He pushes his body to the max. He appears happy, I don't think he cares about the consquences.
if that is what nasser wants then no problem here.. he obviously loves what he is doing.. he does appear to be holding some bf but, he is not obese by any means.. he would still be a lean 280.. more power to him..
He's still big 4 sure, but what good is it, if he can't even talk without gasping for air? How does he train? Not sure why he is still damaging his body like that, if he's not even competing? No thanks.
I think Nasser was the first guy to come out and speak about insulin use in the mid 90's...it put a ton of solid weight on him....he and Mishko always wanted to see each other's "journals" LOL
He's still pretty lean but has about 50 lbs of lean mass in the belly...
