i think he looks alright for the offseason he certainly is large & is in alot better condition for his guest pose then johnny j was.

I guess I shouldn't have put it that way. Im just saying I dont really see any improvment in his physique.

yes he is still a young man who knows what & how much he has done to get to that size & the big question is how long will he be able to keep it up..??

I thought it looked like his chest had come up a bit but that could be from the extra offseason weight.
I would like to see him nail it thou in a couple of shows,im sure he would be quite the freak if he was on the money.

I like Alex. I dont really know why. I think its from the mag's building him up for a showdown with Ronnie that would never happen (a few years back). I think he's an ok dude. Cant put my finger on it though. I hope that is not the best we see of him, but it doesnt appear to be going any other way. Maby its the hardcore training in the basement of a cemetary!

His Delts and pecs look strange. I am sure he trains right, its just the genetic shape of the muscle is weird.

no .. he had a major pec tear 3 or 4 years ago.. if not for that hindering his training he would be a decent competitor.. if he ever shows up like he did for the russian grand prix where he almost beat jay he can be a big worry to many. unfortuantely, he has not even come close to that again..
