good article and true. i never order drinks from restaraunts anymore. i worked in several bar and grill places. i seen for myself the green algae growing in the bottom of some of these ice machines. if anyone else works where there is one i bet you seen it to.

Very true,, I had to clean one out once and you would not believe how brown the water was once all the ice melted. Just because its cold doesn't mean it won't grow nasty crap.
