well its been about 8 weeks now ive been off everything. not even using hrt. nothing. my body has changed....lost some muscle ,gained some fat but its strange, everytime i have gone of before my wt drops and i get a lot weaker. it gets depressing. this time im 238lb and have not lost much strength at all. not sure why. could it be that im still pushing in the gym? that im including the lba? or how bout the gh and igf i dod for a while. has it put a permnenet amount of muscle on me? my arms are stil over 20" pumped. 19 1/2 not pumped. this is just no what usualy happens to me. i felt run down for a few weeks but now im feelin pretty good and am getting good pump even. i just started doing cardio 3xwk just to get a bit leaner.
main foods are,
LBA
chicken n rice
beef n rice
eggs oatmeal
whey powder
1 scoop of gatorade pre workout w glutamine.
weekends i eat out,
sushi
korean food
five guys burgers(fresh meat)
so just curious as to why this time im not dropping like crazy......
any opinions?

It sounds like you are giving your body a reason to hold on to the muscle (feeding in properly). I know that when your hormone levels drop so does your appetite, at least with me that is.

I know you really busted your ass and made great gains which are now becomming evident. Keep that protein high and keep eating. Diet is in all aspects the key to building muscle as well as letting it recover.
 
Damn, I was about to post the same thing. Been off the shit
for four months now and strength is about the same. Lost
about 7 pounds to 275. but thats about it. I have to agree.
eating is the deal for maintaning size. Thoughs LBA's maybe
whats doing it for you too.

well in the past year this is the best ive done eating wise. every 2 hr, making sure i get enough protien, making sure i get in the right carbs and im not eating nearly as much junk. even when eating out i opt for chicken or a thick burger w mustard and katchup. just seems like i wasted so many years not eating right and relying on gear. and how much further along would i be if i was eating like this all along? its kinda depressing. now i feel like im playing catch up cause it didnt listen about diet before.:( :(

Not to get on the LBA bandwagon again, but there is a huge difference in my physique and strength when im taking the LBA's.

ive been using the lba 2 x a day trying to stretch them out a bit. 3tbsp meal 1 with oatmeal, and 3 tbsp pos workout with 1 cup of white rice plain. honestly....i love the lba. maybe thats why im feeling fuller. who knows but when im not taking them and try to use more whey...no matter how many carbs......im flat. 3 tbsp lba later.....and im filling out. tried it 3 times when i ran out of lba and the same thing happened all 3 times.

Yep. same here. I'd always eat more when off then on thinking
the gear was all I needed. Def does'nt work that way. Wasted
all that money.

Yes. Agreed. I am only on my HRT and I feel the same and my strength is almost the same as when I was using higher dosages. I believe its because I am using LBAs. This did not happen before I used LBAs. I would always drop weight and strength.
