Simply replace some of your carbs with fresh pineapple or papaya. When I up my protein intake this helps me a lot.

I take Now Super Enzyme caps, don't get the tabs as they cost the same and are lower potency which makes no sense as you can compress the tabs but then again despite being a decent company many of their products look to be formulated....shall we say oddly lol.Anyone here who has trouble with a lot of protein (or digestion in general) try digestive enzymes? Any luck with them?

Hey @luki7788 whats the highest amount of protein you have went upto in your growing years?The much lower supply of protein was one of the reasons why I was unable to return to my former strength and size throughout the last year. As soon as I increased the protein, everything started to come back again. Now I eat about 450g a day and this is the optimal amount for me. My explanation is simple and logical - if we take drugs whose purpose is to increase protein synthesis, what we would have to limit these proteins for, thus blocking the possibility of extracting optimal effects from steroids
