i get to 7%bf but cant have a shredded midsection... wtf? some tips? got veins in my back, legs, calves and lower abs, but the belly is a shit bro =(
My macros were
350g protein
125g carbs
35g fat
I would have one carb loading day each week where I'd bump carbs up to about 400g for the day.
No carbs after 2pm, and zero fat with a meal that had carbs.
Here is a copy of a day that I was dieting. I had 4 different meal plans all the same macros, just different foods.
Meal #1-
12 egg whites
2 cups cooked oatmeal w/raisins
32oz water
Vitamin/mineral
10g glutamine
Meal #2-
8oz chicken breast on lettuce wrap
With pickles n onion n tomato
16oz water
Meal #3-
8oz chicken breast
Large sweet potatoe
1 cup veggies
16oz water
Meal #4- pre workout
Whey isolate shake
10g glutamine
Thermogenic
Weight train then take 10g BCAA, then do 45min cardio on stair climber
Meal #5-
Whey isolate shake (90g protein)
10g glutamine
6 capsules kre alkalin
Meal #6-
8oz fish
15 asparagus spears
16oz water
Meal #7-
Casein shake
Small handful almonds
10g glutamine
I trained 4 days on 1 day off and always did cardio post workout. I despise doing cardio in the morning.!!! Lol
I was on Gauls Tri Tren @ 3ml eod and I believe this pic was taken 5 weeks out from when I was supposed to compete? Again this was last year...
I also took clenbuteral 2wks on 2wks off and alternated that with ECA stack.
