So! Last year at this time I spent a lot of time on the boards asking questions, picking brains, and absorbing insights. Unfortunately for me I took ideas and ran a little too far with them. Perfect example, I was told to take in more protein. What did I do? Take in 300+ grams per day. NO WONDER I WASN'T LOSING ANY WEIGHT! Anyway, I was 160-something then and I am 140-something now. Thanks to everyone for all of your help, especially my guy Lucian for dealing with me along the way...! The fat just recently started metling away with the help of inj. l-carnitine and Rich's (the guy running the MDs this year) low-cal diet advice. Still want to get down, so I'll just keep going. ..
