So! Last year at this time I spent a lot of time on the boards asking questions, picking brains, and absorbing insights. Unfortunately for me I took ideas and ran a little too far with them. Perfect example, I was told to take in more protein. What did I do? Take in 300+ grams per day. NO WONDER I WASN'T LOSING ANY WEIGHT! Anyway, I was 160-something then and I am 140-something now. Thanks to everyone for all of your help, especially my guy Lucian for dealing with me along the way...! The fat just recently started metling away with the help of inj. l-carnitine and Rich's (the guy running the MDs this year) low-cal diet advice. Still want to get down, so I'll just keep going. ..

Good job!
Some of my friends even don't take protein shake while before contest, they just take large amount of BCAA. which gives less calorie but keeps the muscles.

doing great baby keep it up.
rich knows his shit about dieting. he is promoting the maryland this year and doing the masters nationals, a show in nyc and the usa.
he is all about conditioning. all around great guy who cares about people and loves the sport.
lkg is kickin ass, all her clothers are fallin off her now, hey im supprised gunter even recognized you!!!!!! you doin great, i hope to see her on a stage someday, but if not she will have built a strong healthy body and thats whet really counts.

lynx...Thanks! Goal is to be a healthy 120-125. I'm 5'4, so it should be a good fit for me...:D And as for you Lucian, you are and always have been my rock...couldn't do any of it without you...

First I want to say'good job".keep do it.You look realy good(if I was a guy I will say SEXY)but do not worry about the numbers..Do not put a weight goal.look at the mirrow ad keep your smile on your face.Always ask your self"how do I feel in my body now""am I happy""am I sexy in this body"may be you can not be 125lb.but you can look better with 130lb.and less % body fat and feel better.just stay healthy ...happy and drop body fat...
And when you are ready for one more legs workout with me-you know where you can find me..just be ready
