Hey guys. If you're sick of protein shakes, try this...
Get Jello chocolate fudge (best) or plain chocoloate instant sugar free pudding. Fill your blender with 2 cups of water. If you diet allows so, add some Omega-3 peanut butter. Fill the blender with LOTS of protein powder (I take in 90g per shake, so I use a lot of powder). I usually put in 4-5 scoops per 8oz. Add in a package of the pudding and let the blender ride for 30 seconds. Pour into ziplock containers and freeze solid. I like to use a dish where the pudding is only about an inch or 1.5 inches above the bottom of the container.
When you want a snack, pull the container out and wait for 20-45 minutes depending on thickness. Once it's a little soft, you're ready to go. It's amazing.
Maybe I'm weird. People sure do look at me funny while eating it at work, but it's a great alternative to a shake and the pudding doesn't add any significant calories.
