Which do you use?

I have being using VPX's zero carb SRO and LOVED it, but its been discontinued. Looking for other options.

Core Nutritional's core pro looks good, but its kind of pricey

Right now I'm using Optimum gold standard whey just because I'm on a budget. If I wasn't on a budget, then I'll try some higher quality protein like truenutrition and synthekek.

ON gold standard whey isnt bad, neither is matrix 5.0- and tbh even tho im not a big fan of BSN these days- syntha-6 isnt too terrible

scivation whey is the best powder i have ever used... unfortunately its hard to get hold of in the uk now, they have new owners so not sure if theyre still as good but theyre new bcaa's/xtend are the best tasting and ingredients i have ever tried.. id try them bro, i think theyre great!:headbang:

No it's not, it's only 68% protein.

thats why i said its not "too terrible" - meaning its still kinda terrible, but not the worst out there.

I just ordered a 50% whey isolate 50% pea isolate blend from TN and also some hydrolyzed whey. Both the cheap chocolate w/ stevia...will report back on taste etc when it comes in.

The 50% whey isolate / 50% pea isolate was only ~$7/lb (similar to whey concentrate pricing). The hydrolyzed whey was ~$11/lb, so 5lbs around $55. ON hydrowhey is 3.5lbs for approx the same price, FWIW.

I bought some other things too, shipping came out to $17, which isn't bad considering I probably had 20lbs worth of stuff being shipped.

protein is protein.. its all about what you can digest, i know per 28g scoop its only 22g protein, but does that really matter? for taste and digestion its the best ive ever used...
aslong as he hits his macros i dont think theirs a problem

I saw that protein study Im not sure how relevant it is...

BB05 ... theres two name brands I like Isoflex I find good around workouts and tastes good (i feel it absorbs faster)

and for night and times I want to slow digestion I really like PROMASIL its a canadian company but if you look at the proteins in this its a very unique blend and I really like this company.. check it out

Yep! Team Skip and DC's Blend (which is just WPI Cold Filtration) and the Night Time Blend.

All from True Nutrition. Just about as perfect as protein can get IMO.

I have been using this WPI for years now and have absolutely no complaints at all...Flavorless so I can cook with it and it mixes easily with any liquid!! Best protein source out there period!!:headbang:
