What a horrible week for bodybuilding.

We lost a bodybuilding social media king and one of the most gifted pros in the world all within a few days.

Indeed.

But since Rich's brain seemed to have been deprived from oxygen for way too long, unplugging him was honestly the best decision to take - if that's what actually happened but odds are pretty high ... better be dead than living like a vegetable just for the sake of being alive... even more for a guy like him.

May he RIP wherever he might be at the moment.

I cried twice this week I didn't know Dallas or rich on a personal level but watched them a lot of social media and really enjoyed there content to me it was entertainment and knowledge
