Some of the people you mention have answered this numerous times before, overeating will not make you gain more muscle, whether that comes from protein sparing nutrients or protein itself, it will all make you fatter regardless of the source.

We've probably all once in our lifetime gotten fat on largely protein based diets, doesn't matter. Simply try a 7000 kcal whey isolate only diet and see if you don't get fat;)

the understanding of the reality behind this statement, should be preached to the intermediate bodybuilders if not the bigineers.

the problem is that the even the intermediate bodybuilders are prone to "SELECTIVE LISTENING" they will hear what they want to, but not the reality.

I have tried force feeding and it made me gain fat and high blood pressure.
Now i eat when i am hungry bar breakfast and pwo i always have those meals.
50 protein is the average protein per meal then i eat fats and carbs depending on how i feel.
At average i consume 300 protein per day at 5ft8 240lb (compete around 210-15lb).
Another big thing for me is i try and only eat organic grass fed meats and organic fruits and veg (unless they have a thick skin like banana's then i buy the cheapest).
 
Dr I, Im late to this party, I flew to Florida for a week...and have been so incredibly busy with work for months its been insane. But I see you mentioned me many times....I dont have a problem with you....but i post on pro muscle because of the members over here....and there is certain things I post on over here I would like left over here (concerning bodybuilding ergo aids (sauce!))....and you kept cut and pasting things I said and would put it on other boards....so thats where I got disgruntled.

My opinion?

a) I think the results juice and GH produce screw up alot of peoples notions on what is actually working and what isnt training and diet wise.....because the sauce produces such great results NO MATTER what they are doing wrong or right.

ie...."I gained 25 pounds of muscle and I ate only .75 gram of protien per kilogram of bodyweight and the rest was pretty much cocoa rice krispies and peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches"

Uh bro you were doing 2 grams of test a week with 6ius of gh a day.... of course you got bigger, the "secret" isnt P&B sandwhiches

who really cares........

and anyway......you'll be suprised how a person can adapt
to certain eating styles and diets

then some cant
