Id appreciate even a bump for me if you don’t know any answers, just to keep it near the top til I get the info I need
Im holdin at about 197lbs and 6% bodyfat (tested yesterday) at 6 weeks out. Just turned 21 5 days ago. I wanna experiment with the shitloading for maybe weeks 5 and 4 and 3, and see if I can nail it for my body. Heres what I plan on doing, with a few questions at the end.
Im going to load water from Monday – Thursday up to 3 gallons a day, then dropping it to about ½-1 gallon on Friday, and cutting the water at around 5pm, n just small sips from then on. Im not sure how the water is supposed to be done on Saturday (day of the show) to stay full and dry. If you can throw that in, please do (Prejudging starts at 11am and night show is at 6-7pm. )
I will deplete carbs Wednesday-Friday. About an hour after I cut water on Friday, I will start shitloading with Pizza, Cheeseburgers, Pancakes with syrup, cookies, doughnuts, and basicly all foods loaded with carbs n fats. No focus on protein at all. Does this sound about right? Is there a limit to how much I should eat, like would I spill over if I take in TOO many carbs?
Sunday morning Id theoretically weigh in, then sip on water and go for a big breakfast of waffels and pancakes with syrup about 2hrs before prejudging so all distension from all the food would have time to go down. On my trial run, il just wake up around the times id assume id do stuff for the show, and after the time weigh ins would occur, il eat my big breakfast and see how I look a few hours later. How does this sound?
1. My trial runs will be done without diuretics. I will be using aldactone and probably aldactiazide when I do this for the show. Would there be any adjustments when using diuretics?
2. How do I know if I need to make adjustments to this, and what would I do in those situations?
3. Will clen or t3 doses make a big impact on this process? I was planning on lowering the T3 to 25mcg per day the week of, and kickin the clen out completely. Is that needed?
4. I have humalog slin in the fridge from past use. Its still good. How would I use the slin to better this process?
