Do you have to come off HRT for this to work? I would imagine yes but just wondering.

I was on straight 4 years last time around. Before that is was off 3 years but before THAT i was also on 4 years straight.

Stopped everything june 2016. Did sperm count one month later: Zero sperm.

Did a sperm count 8 weeks ago: Sperm 68 million with 70% motility. Good enough to conceive, conform doctor.

I did do a heavy PCT with the standard stuff.

I guess everything is possible. Also my test level are in range and i feel GOOD. All highly personal i guess this stuff.

Iam 37 years old.

From what I hear, a weekly combo of HCG and HMG is what is required. (Like the posters above just said.)

Be sure your other health is in good order, though. You need a good multivitamin, fish oil, extra Zinc, folate, and B-vitamins to produce healthy sperm. A good clean diet should help too.

You also need to control any elevated estrogen and prolactin, if you aren't already.

Yep this, follow what other people have posted in regards to hcg, hmm and clomid. All these vitamins are important too. You don't just want a good sperm count you want good motility as well. You'll be fine bro. I know heaps of people who followed these protocols and were able to conceive within months. Hmg is magic
