He says the effect on strength is minimal, and the effects on lean bodymass are unclear. At the very least, hGH has minimal effects on its own, and must be combined with Testosterone to have a possible synergistic effect. At most, he says to take 4ius a day.
In my own experience, I have found that GH peptides do have an anabolic response without steroids. I tried GH peptides prior to taking any Testosterone, and I found them to definitely increase size and strength. I did not try the same experiment with GH though.
