Man listen. I changed up my routine after goign to H.I.T's web site and reading Big A's routine. So I put together one of my own I started it yesterday along with my cycle. Man I did legs and I am so so sore. I am so sore you know like when you have the flu and you whole body aches that's how I feel now, abs, lower back, ass, legs all killing me.
For legs, and torso I do 4 excerices, 2 sets each. The first set is anywhere from 6-10 reps, real heavy using assited reps, forced reps, rest pause, dropping the weight. I have to get at least 6 if I get more than 10 I just keep going to failure and make sure I going heavier next time. My 2nd set is "high reps" 20-30 reps. Using the same tech. I use this to try to hit different muscle fibers from my power/heavy set.
For shoulders, and arms I do 3 different excerices. Using the same format as above.
Yesterday I did lunges, leg press, leg curls, and calf raises and I am so sore.
If this keeps up I know I will gain more on this cycle than ever before. I just don't think I can do it for more than a month, then I will switch to something "more conventional" for about 2 weeks then go back to H.I.T.
