Do these really work as far as making the calf bigger? I know they work for vertical jump and what not. Just asking cause I see they r designed to walk on the calf only and trhey claim to make the calf bigger. Any thoughts?
I got these when I used to play basketball. I guess they worked for my vertical and maybe helped my calfs grow a little. Just think if you walked around on your tippie toes all day they would prob grow. However, I feel they put a lot of stress on the Achiles.
I am considering getting the strength shoe. I have been trying to find out if anyone has gotten larger calves by using them. I think the stretch while walking alone will help with growth of the calves.
