Besides...Arm wrestling has little to do with strength its alot of technique. I entered a competition and strength wise was most likely the strongest in my weigh class. But when they lock their shoulder in place and use proper technique its fuckin painful to be on the receiving end.

I agree. Ive never entered a contest, but have been challenged by various guys. Once was challenged by a little guy with little thin arms that maybe weighed 175 lbs and he whooped my ass. Technique is ever so important.
I knew this kid who was about 160 and won alot of arm wrestling contest. He was able to beat myself and all my friends and others outweighing him by 100pnds. He said it was something to do with getting thumb and wrist position so you can turn your hand a certain way faster than your opponent to get this leverage.
I actually work with one of the world arm wrestling champions, John Brzenk we are both aircraft maintenance for delta here at Salt Lake International he works day-shift though and I'm on graves.. he has a hell of a lot more seniority then i do LOL not a super big dude by any means but strong as hell for sure.
