Hi guys,
to keep things short - I'm 41, trained natural all my life but never got impressive results due to poor genetics.
3 or 4 years ago I've been diagnosed with low testosterone, got Tostran gel from my doctor, at the beginning it worked like charm but after a few
months my own testosterone production probably shut down and the Tostran doses stopped being sufficient. Tostran and Nebido are the only options
in my country, Tostran gave me skin rush, so I dedided to switch to my own prescribed TRT - 250mg Test E weekly ( I tried lower but felt bad ).
I've also started cycling, trying different compounds - bodybuilding has always been my biggest hobby, so why not. Unfortunately, my response
to gear is really dissapointing, even though I train hard and eat clean, count all my macros precisely.
500mg Test E for 8 weeks gave me absolutely nothing, for my summer cut I tried 250 Test E, 250 Tren E, 250 Mast E for 8 weeks, this cycle gave some noticeable results
but nothing spectacular. The only time I really gained some pounds was on 500 mg Test E 400mg NPP for 8 weeks but it was mostly water, lost the gains quickly afterwards...
Usually I take a few months break between each cycle, 4 weeks ago I started 500mg Test E 700mg EQ, I plan to run it for 12-16 weeks, maybe this will give me something.
In the past I've also tried to add different orals to my TRT ( Anadrol, DBol, TBol, Superdrol ), but again with almost no results.
However, what I've noticed is that on each cycle my metabolic rate goes up a lot. On my TRT dose I maintain my weight on 2800 calories ( I'm 6 feet, 200 lb, around 12% bodyfat right now ),
but after 4 weeks being on my current cycle I've already raised my calories to 3800 and still not gaining any weight ! I don't see my body composition changing either. Is this normal ?!
Also, on each cycle I notice quite a big swelling in one of my lymph nodes, in my groin area, on the left side. I don't know the reason, it's like my body just can't use the AAS in a regular way and tries
to burn through them, get rid of them quickly. Did any of you guys notice something similar ? I've searched the forum many times but never found any mention of a swollen lymph node, but in my case it's really obvious...
