I know all about cycling dosages but.... what if one where to slam around 150mcg in one day, just one time or maybe once a month. Would it give you a blast on that day or maybe a couple days? Seems like your body would be a furnace for a time then resume to normal since you didn't take it for any real length of time. Thoughts?
 
Not a good idea. Taper up, maintenance, taper down. 8 - 12 weeks total maximum.

high t3 doses have been associated with cardiovascular problems. i would think a one time superdose wouldn't be so bad but it can't be good for you.

It could cause serious problems. Not a good idea, I would say.
 
Can you explain???? Why not cruise at like 25mcg for 6 months or so if you need more weight loss?

you may get some backlash from this, no one really likes to see someone say that "x drug" will make or break them, when there are so many more factors in this than that. I guarantee your diet could be cleaner for sure, all of ours could. Look at that first, before you turn towards your arsenal of drugs. Just food for though.

This is NOT a good idea what so ever. Messing with your thyroid is dangerous enough let alone blasting it with a high dose of T3. Too much T3 hormone can lead to something called thyroid storm which will kill you. You have no idea what amount will cause this and you seriously risk it by doing so.

Honestly if you are looking for a big boost in your metablism, I would be more inclined to dose an ECA stack several times through out the day in conjunction with a healthy dose of cardio on an empty stomach the morning of.

Stop looking for some miracle drug to cure what hard work and consistancy would easily do.

would 'slamming' ephedrine give you a jot for a couple of days- what would you expect to gain from doing this other than the feeling of going into cardiovascular arrest?

no increase in metabolism, or one that would lead to an increase of fat mobilisation to any extent, thats for certain.

so why would you do it with a compound with alot more potential to be harmful like cytomel?

besides that the thought process behind the idea is flawed. how much of a spike in metabolism, if any are you expecting to that would cause you to notice any appreciable fat loss? none, would be my answer.

so why do it?

t3 has a much longer half life, more than a day, u might be confusing half life with active life but its active life is still longer than that

I could be full of it. But, as far as I know, most sources quote Cytomel's biological half life at 48hrs. Some quote it as high as 60hrs.

Since liothyronine sodium (T3) is not firmly bound to serum protein, it is readily available to body tissues. The onset of activity of liothyronine sodium is rapid occurring within a few hours. Maximum pharmacologic response occurs within 2 or 3 days, providing early clinical response. The biological half-life is about 2-½ days.
