If I use those dosages I dont get anything out of it either, If I use much higher dosages spread throughout the day. I am not saying it is the thing to do, But I will say it works. There was a guy named raver on the original UG who wrote an article about it I wish someone would post it I found one using the search function but its not the one that I am looking for.
If you have certain occupations i dont think you can run it, Because you are sweating so much, and your body temp can get very high and dont forget the shakes.
I recently went through divorce sloppy eating high stress sporadic training all that crap gained a lot of weight. Finally moved out started running from my version from memory and lost 40 pounds and kept it off. I know everyone is going to say I am crazy and I prolly am(hah)
increased dosages every four days started at 25mcg four times per day, until I hit 200mcg four times per day stayed there 3 1/2 weeks then decreased down but gave myself a week at each level and then went down to 12.5 mcg four times per day then cut that in half for a week. Lost 40lbs.
friend is a doc and he says I have no suppression. I was not working at the time dont think I could do it if working. Been eating cleaner and working harder since I stopped still losing bf and adding lbm, No juice until I get bf% where it needs to be.
Yeah I know I am bit crazy
