how long does it take for this stuff to work and how fast does it take off weight? I am currently using some and not really noticing a whole lot and diet is extremely clean, and doing an hour a cardio a day. any help is appreciated. thanks

my tabs are 50 mcg from Balkan, I am currently at 75mcg and been on it for two weeks thus far. just curious what i should be feeling with it if anything and how fast it starts working. have never taken it before usually just clen but sometimes you have to wait for stuff to kick in.

T3 is weird...Doesnt do a damn thing for me, and I know its legit product.
 
Whats your temperature? You need to be taking your temp every morning before you get out of bed. That is the only way to regulate your dosage.

I just sigh when I see you guys just willy nilly taking T3 at all kinds of dosages with no regard for the side effect of reducing your natural thyroid output.

What good is all that weight loss going to be when you stop the T3 and your metabolism crashes? It's just going to come right back.
 
If I use those dosages I dont get anything out of it either, If I use much higher dosages spread throughout the day. I am not saying it is the thing to do, But I will say it works. There was a guy named raver on the original UG who wrote an article about it I wish someone would post it I found one using the search function but its not the one that I am looking for.

If you have certain occupations i dont think you can run it, Because you are sweating so much, and your body temp can get very high and dont forget the shakes.

I recently went through divorce sloppy eating high stress sporadic training all that crap gained a lot of weight. Finally moved out started running from my version from memory and lost 40 pounds and kept it off. I know everyone is going to say I am crazy and I prolly am(hah)

increased dosages every four days started at 25mcg four times per day, until I hit 200mcg four times per day stayed there 3 1/2 weeks then decreased down but gave myself a week at each level and then went down to 12.5 mcg four times per day then cut that in half for a week. Lost 40lbs.

friend is a doc and he says I have no suppression. I was not working at the time dont think I could do it if working. Been eating cleaner and working harder since I stopped still losing bf and adding lbm, No juice until I get bf% where it needs to be.


Yeah I know I am bit crazy:D

Not crazy at all, i appreciate all the advice, I may be one of those as well who need to have some higher doses throughout the day. I will have to check that out and try it. It is crazy how we are all different and how one thing that worked for one does nothing for someone else.
 
75 should be enough are you taking once daily if so try am / pm dose.

Also I find t3 just makes me slightly hungry when taken alone. I much prefer it with clen.

For me clen gives me crazy shakes psychologically it makes me feel weird. If you can handle it I would add clen at a low dose or var or maybe primo to help with the loss of lbm.:D
 
You should take t3 with clen because clen interfears with T4 to T3 conversion, which is one of the ways it's effectiveness slows down quickly.

A couple things you should know about T3

- T3 lasts about 60 hours in the body

- T3 increases catabolism to muscle tissue

With the other fat loss options available I am think it's time to abandon T3 usage as a way to speed up metabolism. DNP appears to be the more responsible compound when used safely.

IMO there is no way that T3 supplementation cannot reduce natural thyroid output. Every other process in the body will react to supplementation by initiating homeostasis. It is irresponsible to think that your thyroid is any different.

And Slimyy you know that I know Ravers protocol and you know I have run it. But lets be serious here, Raver had no medical training, his opinion that T3 use did not alter your Thyroid profile is just his opinion.

But whatever works for you I guess.

I currently have tren e and sust on hand i had not started those yet, but suppose i could add them in and hopefully that will help as well.

A Vet on this board told me until I get my bf to a certain level all needed was test and I would not reap the tremendous effects that tren give so it would be a waste. I have no experience with sust, Hopefully Vito will chime back in on the sust issue.

Vitor I respect your knowledge. Understand where you coming from on ravers protocol. I only posted what worked for me and that I thought it was a bit crazy. But both times I ran it the Fat just melted away and I my friend gave me blood tests and stated to me several times that he thought I was nuts, I weaned back down the levels went back to the normal range.

I will give dnp some thought one of my local friends is taking it, It has been a substance that I feared. You know back in the day there were posts where people were dieing on it, So I stayed away.

im running high dosages and dont feel shit, gona have to comapre it with another brand soon, and see if its the same so ill no whether to trash the stuff i have or not, they need cheap home test for all these hormones to determine potency
 
Thanks to everyone who is responding and giving me your input and insight, I have never done DNP either I guess maybe do to all the horror stories from several years ago as well. However, I will give it some more thought and go from there.

You know it is weird an employee of mine told me today that I look like i am leaning out, and it is weird cause only had about 3-4 pound loss thus far nothing i thought would be that noticeable.

it makes everything in your body happen at a faster rate, by increasing your metabolism

theres no way that you can feel nothing on a dose which exceeds your natural amount produced by 3 fold.

if anything you should be feeling hotter, much more hungry, if you eat enough you will feel more energetic, if you dont you will feel flat and tired.

those are the most obvious symptoms.
Whether or not you lose weight still depends on your caloric intake...

Like most of the time, Vadim is right on the money. :)

From my experience, T3 is much more catabolic to your muscles than to bodyfat. A few years ago I stopped it after having being on for A VERY LONG TIME, and in a matter of weeks all my lifts increased by about 20%... without any change in diet or other supps... goes to show that it's not especially friendly to the muscle tissue. :eek:

75 mcg is a VERY high dose... advising someone to take 800 mcg a day is just plain stupid and dangerous... if you need 800mcg T3 to lose weight, you're doing something seriously wrong... :rolleyes:

-I did not advise it- I said it was bit crazy, It did work for me in a big way, It did in a couple months what would take much longer, So it was worth it to me.
Been following up with blood work and am in normal range, My situation divorce and all that went with was year long thing. It was shortcut that I new would work. Now I am back into a normal training routine and I eating cleaner than ever and feeling better than ever.

I believe that it does have that effect on the muscle. I am going to taper mine back down and just follow the good ole diet and cardio the same as i am doing now.
 
so... anyone got any ideas why 150 mcg of t3 a day has no effect on me?
