I had a personal chat with the head Interpol officer in charge of the Internet section. Basically, his team's job is to investigate, shut down, and arrest websites/owners of websites that break laws - illegal gambling, underage porn, drugs, terorrism, etc.
This is a direct quote of how ProfessionalMuscle is affected:
"At this point, it is not illegal to tell anyone about drugs and weapons, how they work and how to use them.
However, it is illegal, internationally, to "suggest anyone to use" or "suggest sale of" both drugs and weapons.
de.foudras. Senior officer, Interpol"
Now, the above statement is a blanket statement regarding ALL drugs.
Since steroids are legal in most countries in the world, the above blanket statement doesn't fully apply to us.
Our sponsors are legal entities in their own countries, each one of them licenced to sell such drugs. The onus is on the buyer to make sure you don't break the laws of your own country.
If you do take the risk and break the laws of your own country, neither the sponsor, or us, the staff of ProfessionalMuscle.com is responsible.
So, from now on, if any members "suggest anyone to use" or "suggest sale of" any of the chemicals discussed on this site, to members in countries where such chemicals are illegal, will immediately be unconditionally banned, regardless of who you are and how long you have been here.
