I started doing 65's for my spider curls. Only hit 5 reps each arm. I dropped the weight and kept going after a minute. During my first set I was squeezing so hard that I started to bleed. This has never happened except for when I squatted over 800+. THIS WAS AWESOME! Had to track some Slipknot's "Wait and Bleed" for this one....it was either that or White saying "No one makes me bleed my own blood!" :) CHECK OUT THE CLIP!

LOL... Funny enough, I had the same thing happen a couple weeks ago doing EZ Bar Spider curls. (I was RP'ing and had to just keep sucking the blood back into my nose and swallow it to keep from bleeding all over the place. I grabbed a tissue and plugged up both my nostrils for the 2nd and 3rd RP and statics. Musta looked funny as shit.)

I can do heavy deads, squats, etc. and have no problem (but I do get them doing heavy squats), but when its really dry and hot outside, just bending over sometimes I'll get a slight nosebleed... (I'm not hypertensive either...)

Not bad on the form, I love doing those except i put my feet up on the rack and completly hang over the bench fn circus act lol. I usually only get up to around 75lbs for 8 but good job with the form.

You guys are missing the cool part. When my nose starts bleeding! And then the nice tracking of course.

MAN WATCHING YOU DO THOSE HACK SQUATS ALONE MADE MY NOSE BLEED! Yeah, I am not hypertensive either. I did hit my face pretty hard when I had a seizure yesterday morning. From that point I tend to bleed pretty easily for a couple of days...which cant be good either.

LOL - Yeah, I was receiving complaints of spontaneous nosebleeds, people soiling themselves, broken blood vessels in their eyes and even pulled muscles just from watching, so I had to take it down... ;)

I think you might be onto something with the seizure and falling down... :^/ Have you ever had one when you were lifting?...

Yeah actually I did last November. Not too cool. But I am fine. I just no my forehead (goose egg) and nose are a tad sore still. :)

Yes, I liked that hack squat clip! Very impressive. And the mutton chops!!!

Yes, the chops are the secret to my strength. Without them, I don't dare even venture into the free weight area.

Damn, takes a lot of guts to get after it when you know you might have a seizure. Can you sense them coming on quickly enough to dump a weight / get out of trouble (most of the time)?...

The only movement vander does full reps on is the hammer grip wrist curl to mouth with bottle of booze

LMAO! I am growing them NOW!

I've been lucky that my aura allows me time to vacate normally. I hide because people freak, call the EMS etc because they dont understand it. Which IS in fact understandable.
