I tried it as a replacement for whey for a while , diden't realy see a big differance other than it upset my stomach for the first few days (normal for me with ANYTHING new). it does have a differant taste though
I'm thinking of getting a mix like the Team Skip only instead of using the Casine use Beef protein , maybe get more of a complete amino balance.
then alot of guys just say stick to the Whey and don't bother with getting exotic.
I know some people have theory that some blood types resond better to differant types of proteins , some may use Whey better some may use Egg or Beef better and some evn say that Soy in their their optimum portein of choice
