Tren Ace/Test Prop Cycle advice

Hi guys, first post on the site looking for a bit of advice!

Firstly my stats:
- 21 Years old
- 6'1
- 210lbs
- 10% BF

This will be my second cycle(planning to start sometime in Jan 2013), first cycle was test E/dbol with good results in terms of gains but I finished the cycle at about 13-14% BF(due to me eating 5000 calories or so of literally anything) and 230lbs with some water to drop still, so since then I've been cutting to get to about 10% currently, but I think I've lost some muscle in the process.

I am planning to the run the cycle like this:
Weeks 1-8 75mg Tren ace - ED
Weeks 1-8 50mg Test prop - ED
Weeks 6-8 500iu HCG - E3D
Weeks 8-10 1500iu HCG - E3D
Weeks 1-10 Armidex .25mg - ED

Clomid and Nolva for PCT, was also thinking of getting hold of some caber and keeping it on hand just incase. And I will most likely be running clen on and off for the duration of the cycle.Does all this look ok? Or would anyone change things and why!

However my main question is about my diet during the cycle. I'm looking to drop down to 7/8% bodyfat whilst hoping to gain 10lbs + lean muscle. I've had a look around at other posts regarding this but the views seem to vary. Would it be possible to gain and lose at the same time in a calorie deficit, or could you even drop fat in a surplus on this cycle? And are my goals unrealistic?

I'm currently eating about 2000 calories, consisting of roughly 230g protein, 120g carb, 65g fat. But I was thinking of upping this slightly but still staying in a decifit, really not sure what to do though when it comes to nutrition and this cycle so if anyone has any experience on it, share!!

I'd recommend starting the tren ace at 50. You can up it if it agrees with you.
Be aware of your macro totals. Swap carb cals for fat cals to minimize bloating. I'm only too familiar with the "eat any and everything that can't outrun you plus ice cream" diet. I did it at your age. You can get big and strong on it, but some of the weight you'll just have to lose. Shoot for a calorie neutral diet and see what happens. It's easy to add or throw out 500 or so cals a day until you get on the right track.

Yeah I think I will start on 50mg and maybe higher calories to begin with. When you say carb cals out for fat, 120g carb seems low as it is, would I really need to go lower?

No... missed that, but you did say you were on 2,000. Pretty low. I still think calorie neutral is a good starting place, and I can't guess that with any accuracy without knowing a lot more about your total activity, body type, etc. You might add carbs and fats to bring your daily total to about 2,700. That shouldn't be much of a surplus, if any. Watch your self in the mirror and adjust from there. I know you want to stay lean, but don't starve yourself out of gains.

With the tren if you eat clean, plenty of protein and train like a mad man with plenty of compound lifts your goals are quite achievable. My first tren cycle I lost 2 inches on waist while holding body weight. Diet was quite good but not meticulous. Training was intense, cardio non existent. I'd eat about maintainance and see how it goes. Some people lose weight on tren, i find it a very potant weight gain drug. It's all in the individuals response
