DOes anyone here ever get to where they dont wanna eat? What do you do? Im kinda hungry but not like usual. I really dont wanna eat or even be around food. Just wondering if any of the bigger guys who consume mass amounts of food like i do have any suggestions?
 
Have you tried to supplement your diet with a good protein powder inbetween meals?
 
i tried everything and in the end the only think that worked was synthelamine the b12 synthetek stuff. i do about 6ml - 8ml a week currently. works like a dream.

I'm currently about 270lbs so the more size i get the harder it is to eat

Ya im about 310 and its getting tough.. I wanna try the b-12 im gonna get some here real soon.. im at 6k calories a day right now which isnt a ton of calories. Its just wierd the food that i would have no trouble eating i have no business even oputting it into my body becase it would just make me feel sick. I use prolly 200g of proteins in the form of powders during the day too kscowboy... My diet is great and its working beautifully thats why this is so frustrating..
 
how much water do you drink a day? , i use the LBA's mixed in my water when i'm working alot and dont want to eat , you easly add 100-150g of protein a day this way and if your drinking the water anyway you will never notice any added bulk to your meals
 
I drink a gallon of water at least. (whatever is in my jug + some) the thing is its calories i need too.. Im taking the week off and im gonna start back up monday. Almost thinking my body may need a rest. (no gym or diet)
 
im not a big guy but...i know how you feel, just feeling like you dont want to chew another piece of chicken....the problem is taste and texture. PM me and well talk about your diet in some detail and ill put together some easy recipes that will have you wondering how the hell this stuff is even good for you. i cant put together a diet but i can take the macro's you want and make them taste awesome.

Man that's alot of food, I would be a faaat asss! I barley can get 2400-3000 a day.....

You should be on man vs. food.........;):D
 
Are you running any orals right now?
 
i started getting a stir fry sauce from the grocery store and would dice up my chicken in chunks and cook it on the stove. once the chicken was close to being done i would put the stir fry sauce in the pan where the chicken would get a good coat of it. This has made it a lot easier to each chicken without so much dry chewing.

Ive also started to use a little gravy on potatoes or any food that i feel am going to have a hard time eating. i use enough to do the job, not drown it in gravy.

-these arent good ideas if your cutting for a show, but if your not, then this can help a lot.

-digestive enzymes and b12 help too.

-cardio at low to moderate intensity for 20-30 minutes a couple times a week can help.

Im not on a thing right now. And thankfully i dont think ill ever have to cut wieght or diet for a show.. In what i do im a heavy weight and always will be! I actually went to one of the places that was visited on man Vs food and attemted the 7 lb burrito challenge and i actually ate more than he did.. lol.. tkav ill shoot you a pm..

Nice..Jack-n-Grill? Hey, we should go to Beau Jo's and take down that 12-14lb pizza. Two people have an hour to eat it all...and if they do they get the pizza for free ($75) and $100 cash and the good old t-shirt.

YES!! It was jack and grill and i can eat me some pizza.. i knocked out a couple mediums and a box of breadsticks from blackjack last sunday and a couple boddingtons!! I would say its a done deal ness.
 
Man vs. Food is my favorite show! He was in Sarasota last night...thats where my parents live...i cant wait till my next trip home :)

IMO, Maybe you need to to the opposite, DIET! How big do you want to be? That weight is going to wreak havoc on your joints, sooner or later and it just isn't healthy. Post a picture, I like to see how you look at 300 pounds.:rolleyes:

Is there any reason why your taking so much B12, i thought the recommended was 1ml twice a week or so?

im the exact opposite. i have a problem eating too much :(

been eating 7 meals a day and had 2 cheat meals (2 diff days) so far this week, each cheat meal was an extra 1900 calories!

edit: and i'm natural!
