i started getting a stir fry sauce from the grocery store and would dice up my chicken in chunks and cook it on the stove. once the chicken was close to being done i would put the stir fry sauce in the pan where the chicken would get a good coat of it. This has made it a lot easier to each chicken without so much dry chewing.
Ive also started to use a little gravy on potatoes or any food that i feel am going to have a hard time eating. i use enough to do the job, not drown it in gravy.
-these arent good ideas if your cutting for a show, but if your not, then this can help a lot.
-digestive enzymes and b12 help too.
-cardio at low to moderate intensity for 20-30 minutes a couple times a week can help.
