2scoops re-kaged, 2 fat free Greek yogurts, either English muffins, a bagel, or 4 fatfree fig newtons
 
Mix of ground bison/turkey over green-bean rice and chili oil 🙂
 
Sounds good I’d stick with the bison I do or have had ground Turkey in my diets and I don’t get the results from it I like unless it’s a Turkey that I killed myself, wild game is always superior but in Turkey it’s even more pronounced.

Nothing. I train around 7am and don’t usually eat until noon. Some days I will fast until 8pm. I’ve eaten about every way possible and I personally believe meal timing doesn’t change much for me. It’s more about the total macros at end of day. Or even week.

i do a blended shake of protein powder, cooked rice a couple eggs and sometimes a couple pineapple spears. an hour later ill eat ground beef and rice or a chicken and rice.

If I’m not dieting hard a big bowl of Cheerios with sliced banana and vanilla protein powder on it. Then just enough milk or almond milk to make it gooey 🤣
 
30 grams of karbolyn, 40 grams whey iso, vitamin C. Hour to hour and a half later white rice and turkey or chicken tenderloins.
 
I prefer peanut butter sandwich, chocolate milk(low-fat), protein shakes, yogurt, and fruits in Breakfast and for meal I consider grilled chicken with veggies and little rice.
