What is the most powerful supplement you have ever taken?

for me it would be good ol creatine mono, while I do like CEE as well I have to lump Creatine as my number one supplement that lead to my greatest gains in mass size and strength -(naturally)
I am astounded by the number of guys that come to me and have no idea what creatine is or they discount as an antiquated out dated supplement.
I can't blame them though these days creatine is hidden-buried deep in the super duper pump formulas that have everything in them but the kitchen sink and the guys cheerish NO2 more than creatine.

do your self a favor get some micronized creatine monohydrate here:

and take it as outlined in a common creatine cycle and enjoy some gains in size strength and lean muscle gains.

One of the ones I miss the most from the 1990's was vanadyl sulfate PH these little blue tablets led to enormous pumps and fullness that lasted for weeks when on a cycle of them. Sportpharma is back but they don't have the Vanadyl PH.

Stacked on vanadyl and creatine I was feeling pretty damn good back then.

anyone in the UK might remember something called Pro Anabol by chemical nutrition.

far as i know, not a lot of stuff really gets banned in the UK prohormone wise. But this stuff was just too strong. it was basically like taking anabols. it got absorbed through the oral receptors so it was quite quick in and out of the system.

When i was playing soccer loads it helped me recover massively as well as help me put on about 14 lbs over about 3 months.

Loved it.

yes the syntrax product (TRIAX) was actually the same formulation as Triacana and the FDA was successful in getting it Banned as Syntax lost it's battle in court.

Anyone remember Solar Water? Rejuvinate? Those were the GHB precursors and they worked.


The first real supp I ever used was EAS Phosphogen and I remember the feeling was insane. It just sucked taking it because my stomach was in a knot for about an hour after sucking down that nasty powder and grape juice cocktail prior to training.

The only time i tried beta alanine i couldn't take the tingling/itchy effects.

I remember both of those too, the vanadyl made my veins kinda blueish also, but yea great pumps on that stuff. creatine, vanadyl, were prolly the best things i used back then, HMB gave me some strength but not much size, although it was pricey so I didn't stay on it long.
