2 weeks from food poisoning I think was prob the longest
I have had injuries that forced me to take time off from the injured area but always trained what I could. Eg when I had a shoulder injury I still hit legs and did what I could for back. When I had a back injury I still did leg curls and seated calves for legs, did pullups and pullovers and seated shrugs for back, did seated bicep exercises and trained chest/shoulder/triceps as normal.
