Ok here is mine

8 oz steak
2 whole eggs
1 cup of oatmeal w 1 cup blue berries
2 peaces of toast with peanut butter
 
100g Raw oats
2 scoops whey
10 egg whites
2 Bananas...
 
12oz Raw goat milk with 2 oz LBA's
4 ounce ground beef patty
10 ounces pineapple
 
1cup egg whites/1 whole omega 3 egg 2.5 scoops whey isolate
2 packs low sugar oats
 
awake- 50g wpi shake in 3 cups grape juice w 2tbsps evoo
shower
BF-
5 whole eggs w cold cut honey ham thrown in
4 blueberry eggo waffles w NPB and syrup
 
7 Egg Whites
2 Whole Eggs

1 cup oatmeal or 4 pieces of 12 Grain bread
Vanilla Yogurt

2 cups of Black Coffee
 
8 oz grilled chicken
4 whites 2 whole eggs scrambled
2 pieces wheat toast
banana
 
9 egg whites with 2 whole eggs
1 cup of oats
Two pieces of wheat toast with jelly
Coffee as needed to wake up
 
today was 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup bear naked peak protein granola, Greek yogurt, 2 cups milk, 1 scoop teamskip protein, 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
 
Wow, i feel like a pussy compared to ur breakfast!Here's mine:
75grams whey
2 toast bread with nutella spread (give excellent pumps in the gym)

1 hour later, WORKOUT....
 
6 whole egg
2 "lite" breakfeast sausage patties
2 slices ezekial bread
10oz promiseland milk
 
today:
cup of honney nut cheerios
2 chocolate donuts
large coffe
tick tack bar

Nutella is the best thing on planet earth... I wish I could eat it everyday

2 slices fat free cheese
Plain Greek yogurt with some LBAs.
 
lol just to mention i decided after competition to eat what i like for 3 weeks then get back to my diet after that:)
 
This morning:

1 cup egg whites
5 turkey sausage links
2 toasted bread with nutella or pb
1 cup of cut up fruit (watermelon, pineapple, mac apples, grapes, etc)

1 cup of coffee
2 cups of oj
 
today was:

3 scoops dymatize elite mass (42g pro, 58g carbs, 3g fat)
1 banana
1 tbsp organic peanut butter
2 cups frozen fruit (strawberries, rasberries, blueberries,blackberries)
2 g fish oil + 1 gram lecithin

so delicious

when i have time to cook its

4-5 eggs
5 egg whites
1/2 cup greek yogurt w/ whatever fresh fruit i have
1 cup fresh squeezed valencia orange juice
1 piece Ezekiel bread w/ 1 tsp organic strawberry jelly

to the OP.. steak sounds so good with eggs like that I may be hitting that up tomorrow!

Wow you guys are on point. I usually eat 1/2lb of bacon and some chocolate waffles. Seriously though I think the bacon will get you further than any protein powder and the fat is needed to fight the starvation I have in the am.
