today was:
3 scoops dymatize elite mass (42g pro, 58g carbs, 3g fat)
1 banana
1 tbsp organic peanut butter
2 cups frozen fruit (strawberries, rasberries, blueberries,blackberries)
2 g fish oil + 1 gram lecithin
so delicious
when i have time to cook its
4-5 eggs
5 egg whites
1/2 cup greek yogurt w/ whatever fresh fruit i have
1 cup fresh squeezed valencia orange juice
1 piece Ezekiel bread w/ 1 tsp organic strawberry jelly
to the OP.. steak sounds so good with eggs like that I may be hitting that up tomorrow!
