Whats everyone eat for breakfast?

6 whole eggs with salsa
2-3 pieces of toast
2 cups milk
Cup of greek yogurt or banana if i'm feeling like I need more
 
6 whole eggs
1 potato made into hashbrowns
Coconut milk mixed with chocolate lbs
slice of pineapple
pussy

I knew I was missing something this morning! I'll have to get a double portion tonight:D
 
Thinking about adding some oats to this but
11 egg whites and one whole egg
 
1 cup Keifer
1 cup Papaya Juice
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 whole cage free fertilized eggs
tbl spoon Cod oil
tbl spoon Liquid B-vits
1/2 cup frzn Pineapple
1/2 cup frzn Blueberries\
3 tbl spoons lba
Blended together than sipped through a crazy straw:chee:y-sm

mushrooms, spinach, 5 olives
1 cup grapefruit juice
 
Cup of Egg Whites
3 Free Range Eggs
3 tbsp Raw Milk Parm Cheese
1/4 cup Grits
Cup Plain Kefir
1/2 cup Blueberry Juice
Cup of Coffee with Raw Milk and LBA's
Handful of fish oil and other morning pills
 
4 whole cage free eggs
2 pieces Ezekial bread with grass fed butter
 
Today:

6 Egg Whites, 2 Whole
4 Whole Grain Pancakes
1 Apple with Peanut Butter
 
I have a couple different breakfast meals:

1. 1 cup oats, 8oz whole milk, 1 cup Greek yogurt, mix in a bowl and refrigerate. Then in morning add 2 scoops whey and some fruit and stir and eat cold. Very good and fast when no time to cook.

2. Steak, eggs, bacon, pancakes, potatoes,
 
2 toaster struddles, and a protien shake, with oats, pbutter, yogart and milk
 
I don't eat breakfast, I just go to work and don't eat until lunch. I do have some leucine with alanine when I wake up, and again just before lunch.
I have been able to stay much leaner doing things this way, still able to gain mass too.
 
1 cup cottage cheese
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
2/3 cup oats
2 tbsp lba
2 scoops whey
1 tbsp pb
200mg caffeine.

blend.drink.
 
i need a big breakfast- i usually have 2 very large backed sweet potatos with a little bit of low fat cheese,4 poached eggs, a pork loin, a few bannans an apple and an orange. if im still hungry i make a couple of lean mince burgers.
 
Typically,

6 egg whites
10-12 oz Salmon Fillet or Chicken Breast
6 spear Asparagus
Lentils / Split-peas

Additional:
Glutamine, BCAA, and Caffeine/Arginine mixed into a big water bottle to sip on post breakfast.
 
Amino Fuel BCAA's 3 tbsp.
1 teaspoon Glutamine in orange juice
fasting cardio (3AM)
2 scoops whey protein in water after fasting cardio
1 teaspoon Glutamine in shake as well

Back to sleep

then around 7 AM


6 Egg Whites
1 Whole Egg
1 Packet Quaker low sugar oatmeal (I'm on the road for work)
 
Offseason I dont eat much, but breakfast is the one meal i eat alot at.

5-6 whole eggs
4 pieces turkey bacon
2 pieces toast
1 packet flavored oatmeal
1 tbsp Almond butter
1/2 scoop whey
 
A bowl of sugar puffs...Only joking..LOL...

125g raw oats
5 whole eggs
3 teaspoons chocolate nesquick
400 mls soya milk

Blend and drink - 1090 calories.....nice..........
 
1c oats
1 scoop whey
5 egg whites
2 tbsp flax seed

All blended and made into a pancake.
