Whats everyone eat for breakfast?

1 cup of oats
3 whole omega 3 eggs with sauteed onions
1 cup eggology egg whites
2 morningstar veggie patties somtimes ground lean turkery mixed in the eggs when i have time to cook it
cup of water
 
3-4 Slices Ezekiel bread
2 tablespoons All-Natural PB
Low fat yogourt style cheese (9%)
25g Whey
1-1.5L water
 
2 whole eggs
2 cups egg whites
2-4 slices ezekiel bread
 
Don't usually have this but abit of a treat.

Large bowl of mini weetabix with raisnins, almonds etc.

4 pieces of bacon, tin of beans, 2 pieces of toast, 5 whole eggs on top.
 
right now

5 whole omega 3 eggs
250 grams egg whites
99 grams blueberries or 1/2 grapefruit

off season

3 whole omega 3 eggs
350 grams egg whites
100 grams raw oatmeal
32 grams natty pb
25 grams wpi
 
Man I usually hate breakfast. I just don't feel hungry or like eating when I get up. So usually I have 10-12oz milk with 6 tablespoons chocolate LBA's and I'm good.
When I do feel like eating I like to make potatoes, omega 3 eggs(over medium), toast and either a small filet or sirloin, or usually turkey bacon.
Washed down with some OJ.
 
9 Eggs with 5 yolks removed, grits (hey, I'm from the South) and 3 pieces of center cut bacon. Pancakes occassionally. Dat's it. Oh, and 6 oz. OJ
 
Wow you guys are on point. I usually eat 1/2lb of bacon and some chocolate waffles. Seriously though I think the bacon will get you further than any protein powder and the fat is needed to fight the starvation I have in the am.


lol....bet ya dont live past 50 eating a half lb of bacon a goddamn day!! :headbang:
 
50 grams of whey protein mixed in water with an onion bagel topped with peanut butter

My god thats gotta be nice.

Right now its either 3 pieces turkey sausage with 2 whole eggs and 10 whites. 3/4 cup of oatmeal.

Or

8oz chicken or tilapia with broccoli, 3/4 cup oatmeal with 28g almonds.
 
Today:

2 pieces of turkey bacon
4 whole eggs
1/2 cup egg whites
2 pieces of 12 gain toast with fat free butter
1 cup oatmeal (dry measure) with 4 packets splenda and some cinnamon
4 oz greek yogurt
1 banana

Bulking.. lol
 
1/2 carton large liquid eggwhites
dunkin donuts ham egg cheese on bagel
kellogs chocolate chip bar
oj,coffee, and water
 
I eat..

8 whole eggs
1 potato cut,diced, and fried in canola oil.
3 turkey sausages
16 ounces of skim milk.
 
Almost always chicken, olive oil and oatmeal...with the amount varying on goals of course. Pretty much the same every day just out of convenience and I don't get tired of the same foods for the most part.
 
4 whole eggs, 1 slice of american cheese on a whole wheat bagel
shake: 1 scoops whey, 1 cup of oatmeal

macros: 73 protein, 112 carbs, 27 fats

1 cup oj
then whatever else i see that i want

i get my protein then have something i actually want to eat
