oats
Maybe more of a preference I guess. I average 190-200most of the year, my breakfast is typically the same except a few small changes recently. 50g whey with oj, 30 min later, 1cup dry oats, 1/2 cup walnuts, 1/2 cup raisins 3-4whole eggs and 3-4 egg whites and sometime wheat toast. The oats by itself, I would pissed, and my stomach would be cursing me.
