3rd Spend quality time with my fiance / Diner and ...........!
4th Get 1 - 2 more reps out of each exercise at the gym!

Finishing up my move! I've been calling the mover, signing lease forms, turning on utilities, etc etcetc

After spending several months in this horrid place called "Orlando", I'm finally heading south...

Where the drinks are colder, the weather warmer, and women have bolt-on bodyparts.

1. To make adjustments to my contest diet plan as I'm now 10 weeks out.
2. Get a few meals cooked early in the day.
3. Find some time to spend outside in the sun, as it's nearing 80 degrees here in CT.

Its my day off work so... 1.Eat a fat steak! 2.Take a 2hr nap! 3.18 plates for 20 on the leg press! 4.Swim; Its only 70 here in Tucson Az today(kinda cold for us) but luckily my pool is heated! 5.Drink a couple beers in the sun!
 
I took my 3 Cognitrop and finishing my green tea as I type this before heading to the gym for a chest and bicep workout. I had to miss my workout yesterday so I am fired up. Then later, its dinner out tonight for my Friday cheat meal. My wife and I are having Asian food on an outdoor patio since its sunny and 82º here today. My goals are simple… a good workout, tasty food and getting outside.
 
Hope my lower back starts feeling better cause I have taken the last WEEK off of training. Was going heavy on the leg press, and let my ass come off the pad, and I have been crippled for a couple weeks.

So, ran into a girlfriend from high school who I am taking out tonight.

Gonna get off work, go home, feed & water the dogs, get cleaned up, shave the old bean bags, and go to town! Might even use a little just for men gel in the hair cause I got a few grays.

End goal today- to hear some rythmic slapping!
 
not to gain 10 pounds from my carb up meal tonight.......it's been 8 days on low carb!!!! I'm ready to eat people, lol...oh, but that would protein right?

Anyway, to stay focused and on track...and to enjoy the rest of the week:)
 
try and not fall asleep at work....sooooo slow but happy to be employeed.
 
Try to get over this damn cold or flu. 3rd straight day now and FUCKING DONE lol. I just wanna go lift. No appetite, no energy and all joints are killing me. Thank god for the test I'm running or the muscles would be even worse off.
 
Get my place cleaned up for my girlfriend and get her Easter basket chocolates today.

Also since you posted this... eat all my meals take my supplements and figure out the flash on my camera.
 
To not eat 7 strips of bacon... like I did last night...ummm BLT's....
