Where can I find a good training log

Hey Everyone,

Where can I find a good training log? Either one I can print out but I think I would prefer one that is smaller than 8.5x11

Years ago I used to use a great log that was like 4x6 and already bound, etc

Let me know if there is a good one that I can buy online that is small and already bound or a printable free version that is comparable.
