ive noticed inbetween reps, varyies with diff lifts, as well as we can go diff speeds with them.
for ex. in the sqaut i have done breathing were i only breathe in once going down and out once going up, but i have done multiple good breaths in the process of going down and exhale one as going up, i think i get more performance with more breathing,
another point when doing like presses in one of the last set of the lower weigth super sets, i can do way more reps quiker than i can breathe with a pattern were i will exhale on a push up, so timing breathing is out
just some thoughts, how do you breathe in your reps
