Okay i just read your post get with me and let me outline your whole meal plan. I tried before to adjust your meal plan but stick with the foods you were using and now we;ll do it my way because I'm not driving down there ot watch you get second!LOL i will get you squared away but in the meantime you need to aquire t-3,clen,inj. winstrol,e.q.,primobolan depot,tren,anavar,aldactone,diazide,proviron,and arimadex as well as some test prop. and test suspension and we'll be right on track. best wishes your bro wyldeone.
